Items that are in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted for exchanges if the items are returned within 7 days of receipt (for both local and international orders). Shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer. If the item does not fit, you can email us to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability.
However, customers are advised to notify us at email@example.com by quoting the order number and the product details.
Sale items (RM50 jerr) and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable. Accessories including jewellery, bags, scarves and hair accessories are non-returnable too.
